Reinforced earth walls
Cebus Rimon has developed a system of innovative support walls using the Reinforced earth method according to Israel Standard 1630, for the stabilization and support of ground surfaces in a wide variety of ground and elevation conditions, and variable traffic conditions for things such as roads, trains, canals, and tunnels. These elements are modular, and come in a variety of facings or bare concrete, and they create a nice architectonic wall anchored by a galvanized reinforcement system. The elements are delivered to the site after manufacture and curing, as per prior design and at a suitable time for implementation and assembly. Thus there is no need for large storage areas at the site with our easy, precise, and fast implementation method.
Cebus Rimon’s cornise have advantages and qualities that provide the ideal conditions for covering with cornices: sufficient strength for impact of heavy vehicles, bare concrete perfect on all sides, perfect fit to asphalt levels as a safety rail, simple assembly items to fit the wall element under it, and precise seating for a steel rail and / or acoustic walls and light posts. Up to now, many kilometers of our cornices have been successfully assembled throughout Israel.
Industrialized Water Box Culvert
Based on past experience, Cebus Rimon has found that water box culvert represent a critical path in every large infrastructure project. Cebus Rimon has developed a model for an industrialized water box culvert, enabling execution of variable segments of any size (single or multi-cell), while providing a solution for the every possible route – including curves, radii, and inclines, under all possible ground conditions. The Cebus Rimon model of industrialized water box culverts integrate prefabricated, complex, and advanced elements, alongside simple and quick castings at the site.
Constructive Support Walls
Cebus Rimon has developed a product whose assembly is quick and precise, combining within it a vertical constructive wall covered with a variety of facings, alongside a horizontal conventional concrete casting that contains industrialized reinforcement. This combination enables the assembly of kilometers of walls without need for established work sites. In addition, Cebus Rimon offers these solutions for any height necessary.
Cebus Rimon’s expertise in manufacturing prefabricated walls enables execution of acoustic walls in all shapes and sizes, in accordance with architectural requirements. It is possible to combine sound-absorbing elements as well as decorative elements, shaped concrete, or a variety of facings. It is possible to receive a wall with architectural finish on both sides.
Cebus Rimon has developed an exclusive model for drainage canals that enables the execution of canals with any required segment, for all ground routes, combined with facing of the rear wall. The drainage canals combine complex, advanced, industrialized elements alongside simple and quick castings at the site.
